Holiday Inn

Based on the Academy Award–winning 1942 movie musical—updated with flashes of modern wit—this song- and dance-filled show makes its inaugural turn on a Broadway stage. At the outset, Jim leaves New York City’s glitzy showbiz scene for greener pastures, but finds himself longing to perform again. He finds his partner and muse in the talented Linda, and together the two begin playing packed shows every holiday at his farmhouse—dubbed the “Holiday Inn.” Shenanigans ensue when a friend from his NYC days shows up and attempts to steal Linda’s talent and affection. With a songbook by Irving Berlin, the production features classics like “Blue Skies,” “Easter Parade" and “White Christmas.”
