Holiday Lights at the Bronx Zoo
Nov 21, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027
Description
The Bronx Zoo will light up at night during the holiday season for this family-friendly festival—and this year they’re adding a new element: animals. The Children’s Zoo Farmyard will be open during the Holiday Lights event, where donkeys, sheep, goats and alpacas will add to the fun. Additionally, expect the World of Darkness and World of Reptiles sections to be open. As always, the event features wildlife-themed LED displays, lanterns, animated light shows at Astor Court and interactive experiences. Programming throughout the six-week run includes holiday-themed music, seasonal treats, caroling, train rides and a Freeze Zone. Tickets are required and must be reserved in advance.
