Holiday Markets

Description

New York City takes shopping to a new level with the many holiday markets that pop up for the season. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and brave the cold to find homemade wares for everyone on your list at the three big outdoor markets—Union Square Holiday Market (November 13–December 24), Holiday Shops at Winter Village at Bryant Park (October 24–January 4) and Columbus Circle Holiday Market (December 2–31)—or stay warm at the indoor Grand Central Holiday Fair (November 10–December 24). Sister markets Brooklyn Flea (indoor, November–December) and Chelsea Flea (outdoor, year-round) are both open on weekends only. Head to the Upper West Side for the indoor and outdoor Grand Bazaar NYC (Sundays, year-round), which this year is also partnering on the Holiday Bazaar at Grand Central (December 16–18). You can also make your way to the FAD Market, which moves around to various locations in Brooklyn during the holidays (the longest-running of them is December 1–21 at TimeOut Market in Dumbo).
