Description

Trace the life and career of master photographer Peter Hujar at The Morgan Library & Museum. Through this exhibition of more than 110 contact sheets and 20 enlargements, visitors can catch a rare glimpse into Hujar’s working process, while tracing how his career evolved from the 1950s through the 1980s as he learned to hone his craft and grew from a studio assistant into a bona fide downtown storyteller through his images.
