Kwanzaa at Brooklyn Children’s Museum
Dec 26, 2026 - Dec 30, 2026
Description
Each December 26–30, the Brooklyn Children’s Museum teams up with Asase Yaa Cultural Arts Foundation for five days of Kwanzaa celebrations, focusing on teaching the younger set about the principles of the holiday—unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity and faith—and how they can incorporate them into their daily lives. The event features music, dances, performances, readings and more. Visit the museum’s website for more details about this year’s installment, which marks the 19th annual celebration.
