Artist Tamara de Lempicka led a fascinating life, fleeing Russia for Paris, and then leaving for the States during World War II, all the while moving between high society and a bohemian existence—and painting members of both worlds. This musical, directed by Rachel Chavkin (Hadestown), brings her story to Broadway.
