Long Island City Partnership presents the return of LIC Springs!—a community street festival celebrating Long Island City with live performances, interactive lessons, art, fitness classes, outdoor dining, pop-up activities, games and more. The free event features over 100 local businesses and organizations of all kinds offering activities and performances for all ages. It takes place on Vernon Boulevard between 46th and 50th Avenues, noon to 5pm
