Description

The Woodlawn Cemetery is the final resting place of more than 8,500 individuals who bravely served our nation in the U.S. Armed Forces. Each year, in the lead-up to Memorial Day, hundreds of volunteers gather to honor these heroes. This cherished tradition brings together community members to place American flags at grave sites across the cemetery's historic 400 acres.
