Description
The Public Theater’s iconic Shakespeare in the Park hits the road with the Mobile Unit tour, bringing free performances to parks and locations in all five boroughs. This summer the troupe presents As You Like it, the romantic comedy in which Rosalind flees persecution and disguises herself as a boy in the forest of Arden. There she finds her love, Orlando, and the two subsequently find their happily ever after. The Public’s inaugural directing fellow Emma Rosa Went helms the production.
