Visual art has been an essential component of human civilization for more than 3,500 years and Modern Ink is a group exhibition celebrating contemporary Chinese artists whose work bridges Eastern and Western traditions. Presented in celebration of the Chinese New Year, the show explores ink as the soul of Chinese art as it is reimagined through diverse media and modern themes, from calligraphic expression to reflections on global life today. Featuring works by Li Geng, Wang Houtang, Gan Yu, Qin Feng and Bian Hong, the exhibition invites viewers to experience a dynamic dialogue between tradition and innovation, culture and contemporary society.
