Description
Things changed quickly following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, with the rise of capitalism and access to fast food. In St. Petersburg in 1992, young Evgeny takes on a job working surveillance with his old friend Dmitri. Evgeny finds himself falling in love with their target, Katya, a former pop singer with a mysterious past. The mix of pop culture and social change comes from playwright Lauren Yee.
