Open Culture

An extension of the City’s Open Streets program, in which NYC streets are blocked off to vehicles to become destinations for dining and play, Open Culture features outdoor performances, workshops and classes on the streets of New York City. Qualifying cultural venues and institutions can apply for a permit to hold ticketed performances outdoors.
