Unless you live under a rock, you’re probably familiar with a certain group of UK school chums whose power to wield magic spawned a worldwide entertainment franchise. But we’ll bet you’ve never heard of the Puffs—their somewhat less famous classmates who weren’t in the limelight, and didn’t make it into the books or movies. This new comedy (which got its start at the People’s Improv Theater) focuses on the Puffs who just happened to be there, and their unusual place in the wizarding world. The show is appropriate for ages 13 and older, and for those who know what a sorting hat is. And weekend matinees feature adjusted language that is appropriate for kids 8 and up.
