Description

American author Jack Kerouac is known for his spontaneous prose style of writing, his most famous work being the novel On the Road. Reaching well beyond his writings and professional accomplishments, this exhibition showcases personal items belonging to Kerouac (from his childhood up to his death) that help give visitors insight into his life and literary development. Included are roughly 60 objects such as unpublished letters, manuscripts, books, drawings and magazines.
