Description

In an attempt to highlight textile waste in the fashion industry, three designers present works utilizing previously used material. The exhibition features pieces from Luisa Cevese, founder of the Milan design firm Riedizioni; Christina Kim of Los Angeles-based brand Dosa; and Reiko Sudo, head designer and co-founder of Toyko design studio Nuno. The items not only reuse and revitalize discarded scraps and materials, they help shine a light on sustainability in fashion while exploring the tradition of handcrafting.
