Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge show off their acting chops in this night consisting of two monologues by Simon Stephens (Sea Wall) and Nick Payne (A Life). Alex (Sturridge) is a photographer on vacation with his family in France; Abe (Gyllenhaal) is a producer with a baby on the way. The two men in these two separate plays take audiences on a journey that they won’t soon forget. This Off-Broadway hit from 2018 is from the creative team behind The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.
