Description

Based on actual events, this musical tells the story of four men struggling to survive after a storm sinks their whaling ship off the coast of Africa in 1888 following its departure from Massachusetts. The men must face their biggest fears and come to grips with their individual pasts in this story of survival, sacrifice, friendship and redemption. The story is set to music by The Avett Brothers from their 2004 album Mignonette and includes rock, folk and blues.
