Celebrate Thanksgiving at Per Se with an elegant parade-side brunch overlooking Manhattan’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon procession, now in its 99th year. Enjoy a walk-around menu featuring Regiis Ova caviar with smoked trout and Maine lobster rolls, Hudson Valley Moulard duck foie gras and Four-Story Hill Farm turkey ballotine with classic sides like cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and Per Se’s signature gravy. Try indulgent desserts—from pecan and apple crumb pies to crème brûlée macarons—alongside complimentary mimosas and bloody marys. Festivities include a photo booth, balloon twisters and face painting for kids, plus a live parade simulcast throughout the restaurant.
