From June 11 through July 19, El Lugar, located in the Innside by Meliá New York NoMad, transforms into "The Matchbox," a fully immersive soccer headquarters complete with turf, international flags, soccer-themed bar games, and a 136-inch screen TV with sound throughout the venue. Open and screening matches during tournament hours, The Matchbox pairs the action with Executive Chef Alex Mixcoatl's regional Mexican menu, country-inspired game-day specials, a taco stand activation for high-volume match days, and an extensive agave program alongside Anheuser-Busch beer features.
