The Met Opera Summer Recital Series

Each summer the Metropolitan Opera decamps from Lincoln Center for greener pastures with a series of free outdoor recitals in all five boroughs. The first two recitals (in Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park) include performances from soprano Gabriella Reyes, baritone Will Liverman and tenor René Barbera, who are joined by Dimitri Dover on piano; the last four recitals feature rising stars Cierra Byrd, Thomas Glass and Erika Baikoff, accompanies by Juan José Lázaro.
