With more than 500 exhibitors from 170 countries, this weekend-long annual travel expo at the Javits Center is a great place to start planning that dream vacation. There will be panels filled with tips and tricks from experts like Zac Posen, Pauline Frommer and Samantha Brown along with globetrotting journalists from The New York Times, the event's main sponsor. There will also be some cultural performances, a pavilion dedicated to LGBT travel and an ongoing series of international food tastings. Friday is for travel trade only, while the general public is welcome to the event on Saturday and Sunday.
