Description
This exhibit, which has traveled to Germany, the Netherlands and France since its Montreal debut, shows Mugler’s fashion work in stage costumes, haute couture and perfume design, highlighting his interests in fantasy, glamour, sci-fi and eroticism. Mugler is perhaps best known for his 1970s creation of the “glamazon,” an evolution from the hippie fashions of the 1960s into something bolder and more glamorous.
