Three Kings Day Parade
This event has already occurred
Description
El Museo del Barrio hosts this annual parade, which is by far the largest and longest-running Three Kings Day fete in the City. Participants will join camels, sheep, a donkey, colorful puppets, brightly dressed community leaders—posing as the Three Kings—and thousands of spectators for a festive day filled with live music and gift giveaways. This year’s theme is ¡Pa’lante, Siempre Pa’lante! (“Forward, Always Forward!”), honoring the legacy of community organizers the Young Lords and the traditions of cultural resistance in East Harlem.
