Description
Learn about the history of New York City’s subway system with New York Adventure Club. A transit expert and tour guide will lead you on a discovery of how the system that opened in 1904 with a single line serving 28 stations has grown into the behemoth of today—with 472 stations and close to 4 million daily riders. Your guide will take you from Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall to Times Square, describing the ins and outs of the subway, its history and the art and architectural gems that it holds.
