Description

In his Roundabout debut, playwright David Henry Hwang teams up with star Daniel Dae Kim and director Leigh Silverman for a comedy—based on real events—that explores the intersection of identity and show business. Following a protest of yellowface casting in a production of Miss Saigon, Hwang’s fictional alter ego accidentally casts a white actor as the Asian lead in his own play.
