Located in Midtown and inspired by each city block, Aldo Sohm Wine Bar embodies the energy of New York with the laid back atmosphere of wine director Aldo’s own living room. The place is designed with Aldo’s relaxed approach to good food and wine in mind— drink, eat, share, relax and enjoy. Aldo Sohm Wine Bar features a changing wine list with one simple rule: there are no rules. They offer more than 40 by the glass and 200 by the bottle options as well as a monthly flight program. The food menu is made for sharing, and pairing. Each dish has been created in tandem with Aldo’s philosophy on the relationship between food and wine; one should enhance the other, and both should be equally, and simply enjoyed.
