Fasano’s gastronomic history dates back to 1902, when Vittorio Fasano, an Italian immigrant from Milan and the patriarch of the family in Brazil, first opened Brasserie Paulista in São Paulo. Now led by Gero Fasano, the fourth generation of Fasano restaurateurs, the Fasano brand is synonymous with utmost quality, attention to detail and particularly discreet service. Proper attire, jackets recommended.
