Description

Cornell Capa a créé ICP en 1974 pour honorer son frère, le photojournaliste Robert Capa, décédé 20 ans plus tôt. Les archives de Robert Capa constituaient la base de la collection du musée, qui s’est ensuite développée pour inclure la photographie de toutes les rayures  : mode, beaux-arts, images de début et bien plus encore. Cette exposition présente l’étendue des processus photographiques, l’histoire du milieu et la gamme d’artistes que l’ICP a collectés au cours de ses 50 ans.
