Le chef Alex Raij n’est pas étranger à l’aventure culinaire. Généralement, c’est au moyen d’un menu de tapas basques (appelées pintxos ) dans son restaurant Chelsea Txikito, mais elle a récemment rejoint la blogueuse Sarah Khandjianpour une exploration culinaire de New York. Sarah dit qu’elle a voyagé de Los Angeles prête à « voir et à découvrir une partie de New York que je n’avais jamais vécue auparavant ».
