Perched within Manhattan's Flatiron and NoMad neighborhoods, The Ivory Peacock pays homage to its original location, which boasts 139 years of history as a bona fide neighborhood destination. As such, they pride themselves on offering distinct, imaginative cocktails complemented by a variety of vibrant shareable plates. The cocktail program, led by head bartenders Carlos Soto and Daniel Benitez, is filled with seasonal spins on classic cocktails utilizing technical French kitchen techniques. The culinary roster includes a raw bar with fresh oysters arriving daily and a selection of familiar French fare—deemed "luxe finger food" by chef Grayson Altenberg.
