The Martini Lounge
Description
Located inside The Knickerbocker Hotel, the Martini Lounge is rooted in cocktail history. According to longstanding lore, the dry martini was invented there around 1911 by bartender Martini di Arma di Taggia. That heritage is reflected in daily programming: "Martini Minute" runs from 5:00pm to 5:15pm, offering complimentary mini martinis. On Wednesdays, live jazz runs from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
