Times Square est le cœur animé du quartier des théâtres de Manhattan et l’un des quartiers les plus célèbres de la planète. La région, qui tire son nom du New York Times , est surtout connue pour les énormes panneaux d’affichage qui ornent ses gratte-ciel, ainsi que pour la réception annuelle du bal de la Saint-Sylvestre, à laquelle assistent des millions de révélateurs groupés (et les célébrités assoiffées occasionnelles). Des centaines de milliers de personnes traversent ses rues chaque jour, à la recherche du meilleur des divertissements de Broadway et des expériences de méga-commerce.
