Description

Ce théâtre en plein air de 1 800 personnes, qui abrite le théâtre public de la ville et son célèbre événement d’été annuel, Shakespeare in the Park, a été fondé en 1962 et présente depuis lors une production de Shakespeare. Les billets sont gratuits et disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Les performances sont généralement étoilées : les productions précédentes ont comporté Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Denzel Washington, Richard Dreyfuss, Anne Hathaway et Natalie Portman.
