Description
Ancien aérodrome militaire, ce parc de 187 acres porte le nom de James Miller, le premier aviateur américain à avoir été tué en action pendant la Première Guerre mondiale. Il possède des terrains de baseball, de cricket, de softball et de football, un terrain de coq et des aires de pique-nique, ainsi que la forêt de Swamp White Oak, une zone boisée connue pour sa variété d’oiseaux. Opéré par le National Park Service, Miller Field fait partie de la Gateway National Recreation Area et figure au National Register of Historic Places.
