Leading the team is seasoned restaurateur Orhan Cakir, known for his acclaimed Argentinian steakhouses Palermo Argentinian Steakhouse & Bistro, Palermo Argentinian Bistro Gramercy, and Pierre Loti Wine Bar. Karla Medina, director of operations, brings deep industry knowledge from her experience managing the original La Pulpería location.
