Jewelry designer Tai Rittichai was born and raised in Thailand and eventually moved to California, where she sold her creations at flea markets until she was discovered by fashion boutiques who longed to carry her products. Her brand has grown tremendously since the early 2000s, and she opened her first boutique in Manhattan, where her on-trend, high-quality fashion jewelry is sold. Never losing her connection to her homeland, Tai employs and supports artisans from Thailand, and is an active with charities both there and in the US.
