Shakespeare aimerait le théâtre pour un nouveau public, qui a été créé dans le West Village en 1979 et a une mission dans le monde du théâtre : célébrer le théâtre classique, en particulier les œuvres du Bard. TFANA a déménagé en 2013 dans son site spécialisé de Brooklyn, le Polonsky Shakespeare Center, et a continué de faire la preuve d’un attrait pour les écrivains, réalisateurs et acteurs de renom.
