Acme is a New American restaurant located on Great Jones Street, in Manhattan’s Noho neighborhood. The kitchen is led by executive chef Thomas Romero (formerly of db Bistro Moderne), who brings California sensibilities and French culinary technique to the menu. The seasonal menu showcases a variety of European flavors and techniques, but is quintessentially New York.
