Description
From the team behind Walter’s and Walter Foods, Apollonia is a chill café/work space during the day, scattered with East Williamsburg locals sipping coffee and munching on croissants. By late afternoon, it’s recast as a mellow wine bar, the high ceiling and woven rugs contributing to a quiet atmosphere. Dinner offers a seasonal Mediterranean mix of small (whipped feta with smoked paprika), medium (fava bean croquettes with pine nut tahini) and large (whole grilled branzino) plates. Ambrosial desserts like olive oil cake and pistachio semi freddo are worth a try.
