Arco Cafe's food is rooted in the traditions of the island of Sardinia, an Italian region noted for health and longevity. They make everything from scratch, including their pastas, fresh every day. Arco Cafe uses seasonal, locally sourced products whenever possible, including sustainable fish, meat and vegetables. The menu is friendly to special diets, with many vegan and vegetarian options, and all of the pasta sauces can be served on gluten-free pasta.
