Description
Soho’s Ayah features not only authentic Moroccan cuisine but a luxe interior to match. Step inside the space and you’ll find custom-made and imported decor, from rich fabrics like velvet curtains to the handcrafted windows and gold-accented mirrors. The central bar with three dining rooms oozes intimacy but can quickly transform into a lively celebration with belly dancers and entertainment for larger groups. Chefs Geoffrey Lechantoux and Aïcha Sbaih prepare dishes like chicken pastilla (a crispy pastry filled with spiced chicken, almonds and cinnamon), a variety of tagines, chhiwat towers and briouats (stuffed fried pastries), while mixologist Adrien Lefort complements the food with a selection of delicious cocktails.
