Description
Faisant partie d’une mini-chaîne, BCD Tofu House tire son nom du district de Bukchang Dong en Corée, où Hee Sook Lee, la défunte fondatrice, a reçu sa formation culinaire. BCD se spécialise dans les plats « tofu bientôt » appelés sundubu-jjigae en coréen, un ragoût de tofu épicé et doux. Outre les nombreux plats à base de tofu, ils proposent des plats coréens à partager.
