Organic meat company Belcampo opens its first space outside of its California home base with this Hudson Yards restaurant and retail concept. Expect elegant, rustic fare in a casual yet sophisticated setting. The dishes are globally inspired, including comfort foods from France to the Philippines, and even include the restaurant’s signature “Fast Burger.” All meats are sourced from their renowned butchery facility, which meets strict organic and humane animal treatment standards.
