Bottled martinis and manhattans, perfectly mixed, are dispensed from a vintage soda pop machine. Garnishes and glasses are chilled with liquid nitrogen. Professional barkeeps can craft a wide range of drinks and advise on the excellent eats, like crispy cauliflower and a free-range turkey club.
