Description
Fuzi is a traditional pasta from Croatia. The pasta dough is rolled out into a thin sheet, cut into diamond shapes, and folded over to look like a bow. Chef Franco Raicovich grew up with a family ritual of folding fuzi around the dining room table. Chef Franco seeks to share this family tradition with guests at Fuzi Pasta Co., a veggie-forward, fresh pasta joint in Fresh Meadows, Queens.
