Godunk Thai Street Food

Description

Godunk is a new Thai street food destination in NoHo from master chef Nate Limwong, known for her acclaimed work at Chalong and Unglo. Celebrating the breadth and vibrancy of Thailand's street food culture—from the seafood-rich South to the bold, aromatic flavors of the North—Godunk showcases both beloved classics and rarely-seen regional specialties. Chef Nate draws from her global culinary background, weaving techniques and inspirations from her travels into meticulous broths, and handcrafted sauces. Guests can expect elevated noodle bowls, seafood-driven dishes, and nostalgic comfort plates alongside an inventive cocktail menu from Angel's Share alum Ryan Saputra that pays homage to iconic films through Thai and Asian ingredients. Set against a warm, vintage-meets-modern backdrop of maroon hues, textured walls, and analog film accents, Godunk brings an immersive, cinematic experience to Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood.
