Pop-up de style « tachigui » (les clients se lèvent pour manger), Good Ramen to Eat sert temporairement des ramen et des accompagnements sous une tente chauffée sur Columbus Avenue, à côté du restaurant Good Enough to Eat. Le menu limité comprend quatre types de ramen : miso, shoyu, labyrinthe et « dîner de minuit » : ramen instantané avec spam, kimchi, furikake et un œuf de 6 minutes, ainsi que des accompagnements comme le gyoza et le Takoyaki.
