Harbs est un café qui a commencé au Japon et qui fabrique des gâteaux, des thés et des cafés. Chaque gâteau est fabriqué à la main à partir d’ingrédients frais, et les thés sont mélangés et emballés au Japon, destinés à compléter les gâteaux. Les cafés sont composés à 100 % de grains Arabica, torréfiés dans l’usine Harbs’ Seattle. Harbs propose également un menu limité de salades, sandwichs et pâtes.
