Named after the mythical jade rabbit of the moon, Jade Rabbit is a lush and lively rooftop izakaya and cocktail bar atop the Kimpton Era Midtown New York that features small plates bursting with Asian flavors, along with flavorful riffs on Asian and tiki cocktails. It offers sweeping views of the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and the NYC skyline. Drawing on New York’s Chinatown dining legacies, its tomato-red bar is framed by tiled portals and temple-like joinery, grounded in intimacy by hand-painted lotus motifs. The rooftop izakaya offering vibrant, shareable small plates inspired by Asian flavors, including lobster dumplings with Maine lobster, and a spicy tuna hand roll made with bluefin tuna.
