Description

Inspired by the global travels of their culinary team, Kyu offers a rich exploration of interpretive Asian cooking. True to its original Japanese yakiniku wood-fired grilling methods, Kyu’s signature dishes include smoked wagyu beef brisket, whole-roasted cauliflower with goat cheese and shishito herb vinaigrette, and its coveted multi-layered coconut cake. Heading Kyu’s culinary team is executive chef Nathan Pauley, an alum of Michelin-starred restaurant Piora and Gunter Seeger NY. Kyu offers a personal rendition of American BBQ with Asian inspiration and flavors.
